
RedCare Out-of-Warranty Support - (2 Hrs Min. Purchase)
The Out of support plan provides access to the Redline TAC for technical advice to resolve a problem, identifying errors or mis-interpretations in product specifications, and working towards finding a solution. All tickets will be acknowledged by Redline TAC within one (1) hour of payment being processed. Does not cover Hardware Defects and RMA's.
